Initially, when you enter our website you will have to pick whether you would like the pick up/drop off or shipping option when hiring your outfit. Press whichever option is relevant to you. You can pickup your clothes in Southport, Gold Coast (Exact address provided in the confirmation email after booking your order).
After you select your preferred option, you will be able to browse our collection to find the perfect outfit for your next event!

Once you select your desired garment, please select the dates you’d like the outfit for on our calendar and ‘add to cart’.
Once you're at checkout, fill in your billing address and shipping information - if you’ve selected the shipping option. If you select pick up/drop off make sure you DM us via instagram to arrange a pick up date and time.
Then add your card details and press ‘pay now’ to confirm the booking!
Wear your outfit, and tag us in all your photos for 10% off your next hire with us! We love to see our customers rocking their outfits!
Please ensure you return your outfit on the end date of your booking or before. It must be returned by 5pm that day. You must direct message luxehires_ through instagram and arrange a time to drop off your outfit, please do not come unannounced!! You don't need to worry about cleaning your outfit either - we do this for you.
Postal returns must be placed at Australia Post by Monday 3pm if you had a weekend rental. However if you had a weekday rental, your outfit must be handed in the next day by 3pm. Late returns will incur late fees. A lodgement receipt must be sent to us as proof please! Please note if you post via post box you may be liable for late deliveries or missing garments as it forgoes receiving a tracking number/lodgement receipt.
